Grief Support Groups

December 3, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Have you lost a loved one by suicide, substance, or a sudden loss?

Then join us for one of EricsHouse Grief Support Groups. We have groups for women and men. Both groups meet separately and virtually every other Thursday from 7:00pm-8:30pm Arizona Time.

These two groups are closed groups, so if you are interested in attending, please contact the following:

Men’s Group: Greg Eckerman: greg@ericshouse.org

Women’s Group: Mari Marquez: marisela@ericshouse.org

Pre-screening is required.  You will receive a zoom meeting link after you have spoken to Greg or Mari.

Greg Eckerman is a co-founder of EricsHouse, which is named after his stepson Eric. He is an Aerospace Engineer by training and a practicing Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, consulting companies in a wide variety of industries, world-wide. Greg facilitates the EricsHouse Men’s Group and is in training as a Grief Companion.

Marianne has spent most of her adult life working as an executive in the aerospace industry. Marianne experienced the unthinkable and most horrific death of her youngest son Eric James. As she struggled to find peace and acceptance, she redirected her coaching practice to Grief Coaching, receiving certification in the Grief Recovery Method. She is the Founder and Executive Director of EricsHouse, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emotional, spiritual, and physical support to families living in the aftermath of alcohol, drugs, or suicide losses. She also leads retreats for a Catholic Ministry, Emmaus for Grieving Parents, welcoming grieving parents from all faiths on their spiritual journeys after the loss of their precious children of any age by any cause, no matter how long ago. You can visit their website at (www.emfpg.org). She is the President and Founder of Insightful-Living, a coaching practice devoted to helping others work through loss and complicated life transition so that they may once again experience joy and happiness in their lives. Outside of her professional life, Marianne has personally experienced a number of life transitions encompassing career, business, loss of a sibling, loss of a child, loss of parents, a divorce, a Downs Syndrome child, a Downs Syndrome sister, and is a cancer survivor as well.
