Dr. Kathy Rickard is an expert on accessing energy from your body through Reiki, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Healing Hands, Nutrition and /or Health Coaching while incorporating the balance of Nursing Practice. She performs Reiki, Life Coaching, and Guided Meditation. Her doctoral work centered on breathing techniques with different forms of conscious breath to modulate and enhance the autonomic nervous system.
