OCTOBER 17

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

AT ERICSHOUSE

Join EricsHouse for a peaceful walk through our labyrinth with the sound of the Gong.

The labyrinth offers a focused walking meditation and an opportunity to take time for self-awareness, connection to the earth and each other.  It provides a source of inner guidance, improved memory, improved concentration, improved creativity, and stress reduction.  Research has shown that the labyrinth offers long term health benefits like decreasing anxiety, improving blood pressure, decreasing chronic pain, decreasing insomnia, and more.

The gong is an instrument with numerous symphonic vibrations and has the ability to improve the immune system through stimulation of the glandular and meridian systems of the body.  It improves the flow of the energy centers of the body, improves circulation on a cellular level, aligns the nervous system, decreases tension, and fatigue.  The gong ultimately releases stuck energy to help provide deep relaxation for the body, mind, and spirit.

We will maintain distancing and be guided through this peaceful experience to help release and repair your whole self.
