You Are Gently Held in This Space
Grieving the loss of someone you love to suicide or substance use is a tender and deeply personal journey. Whether you’ve recently experienced this loss or have been carrying it for years, it can feel isolating and difficult to put into words. At EricsHouse, we offer gentle, compassionate support through peer-led grief support groups designed to bring connection, comfort, and hope.
We welcome you just as you are—into a space where others truly understand the pain of losing a child, sibling, or partner to suicide, overdose, or alcohol poisoning. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
Relationship-Based Grief Support Groups
Our virtual grief support groups meet for 10 weeks and are carefully organized by your relationship to the person you lost. These small, closed groups provide safe, supportive spaces where healing can begin through shared experience and deep understanding.
We offer:
-
Grief support for mothers who have lost a child to suicide or substance use
-
Men’s grief support groups for fathers, brothers, partners, or friends grieving a self-harm loss
-
Sibling grief support open to all genders and honoring all self-harm-related losses
-
Grief support after losing a spouse or partner, open to people of all genders
Each group is led by trained facilitators—many of whom have walked this path themselves—and offers a gentle rhythm of reflection, sharing, and healing.
We know how difficult it can be to take that first step. Reaching out when you’re in pain takes immense courage—but you don’t have to do it alone. Healing often begins with connection.
If you’re curious about our groups or wondering if they’re the right fit, we’d be honored to speak with you. Let’s talk, gently and together.
