This group is lovingly created for mothers who have lost an adult child to suicide—a loss that can carry layers of sorrow, confusion, and isolation. We suggest waiting 5–6 months after your loss before joining, as this gives space for initial shock to soften. Groups are small (8–10 participants) and guided by two compassionate facilitators, offering a safe and supportive space to share, grieve, and honor your child.
Each participant receives a copy of The Wilderness of Suicide Grief by Dr. Alan Wolfelt to accompany them on this journey.
This support group meets via Zoom every Tuesday from 3 to 4:30pm AZ time (3pm PT, 4pm MT, 5pm CT, 6pm ET). Sessions begin on August 12 and end on October 14.
Session Dates: August 12, 19, 26 September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 October 7, 14
