A workshop on mindful steps to approaching, processing, and healing grief. Julie will guide participants through relaxing techniques to help calm the mind, body, and soul. She will share exclusive techniques such as the G.R.I.E.F acronym with a Q&A. No experience is necessary. It all happens LIVE on Zoom Friday, September 22 from 4-5pm AZ time.
